6PM Call: Strong selling at the end of the day
The market maintained its momentum in the morning before selling pressure increased sharply in the afternoon, causing indexes to close down. The VN-Index closed at 1012.9 (-0.4%) while the HNX-Index closed at 115.5 (-0.7%). Liquidity on both exchanges was quite high. The number of losers outweighed that of gainers.
