PNJ introduced three new members to the Board of Directors
The AGM approved the resignations from the Board of Director of Mr. Robert Allan Willet, Mrs. Pham Vu Thanh Giang and Mrs. Pham Thi My Hanh. These people have been accompanying PNJ and have contributed to the development of the company for quite a long time. Therefore, the AGM appointed three new members to the Board of Directors:
- Tieu Yen Trinh - CEO of Talentnet Corporation;
- Nguyen Tuan Hai - Chairman of Alphanam Group;
- Truong Thi Ngoc Thao – Mrs. Dung’s daughter - PNJ’s Director of Digital Transformation Center.
