Leasing area hiked. KBC leased around 60 ha (+15% YoY) while VGC may record ~105 ha (+362% YoY) in 6M 2019. Notorious investment named 15 ha leased by Foxconn in Quang Chau (Bac Giang - KBC). The tech corporation also plans to place another factory in an area of 10 ha in Dong Mai (Quang Ninh - VGC). Most new comers are also the tech firms. So we therefore confirm the belief that the manufacturing shift did present and lift up rental demand, especially in the north.
