Analyst Pin-board: Update on PME’s EGM
The EGM of PME today has approved the following:
- Lifting the FOL from 49% to 100%
- Allow its largest shareholders, STADA Service Holding B.V or/and related parties to increase its ownership from 49% to a maximum of 72% without a public offering.
- Four new members from STADA were added to the board of directors.
