Strong Capital Flows into the Market - Insurance Industry, TCM Update

Although the VN-Index dealt with fierce profit taking pressure during yesterday’s session, capital strongly returned to the market today. The VN-30 was the leader, showing a very good breadth, as there were 24 stocks increasing and only 3 stocks decreasing. The VN-30 advanced strongly today, and was only 3.5 points below its historical high, established in March of 2014. The market also witnessed high liquidity and strong demand from foreign investors. Many banking stocks led the market today, including VCB, STB, SHB and CTG, and there was also an impressive rally from other large caps including VNM, VIC and MSN.
