Aselsan: master of multi-domain warfare (stays BUY)

Following Aselsan’s FY25 results release (and its robust operating performance in 2H25, exceeding our expectations in terms of backlog growth, new contract wins and operating margins), we have revisited our investment case for the company and updated our model. A major driver of our upgraded KPI, earnings (and capex) forecasts is the launch (in August 2025) of Türkiye’s massive “Steel Dome” integrated air defence programme, in which (as the project’s prime contractor) Aselsan has already bagged EUR 2.8bn of contracts and initiated a +USD 1.5bn investment to boost its serial production capacity (a precursor of the recurring contracts under the Steel Dome project in the next couple of years). We reiterate our BUY on the stock, with a new 12M price target (PT) of TRY 386.81/share (previously TRY 204.4/share).
