Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Co. produces, sells and distributes an extensive portfolio of non-alcoholic ready-to-drink beverages. Co.'s business is engaged in producing, selling and distributing non-alcoholic ready-to-drink beverages under bottlers' agreements with The Coca-Cola Company. In some Territories, Co. also produces, sells, distributes and markets its own brands of juice and Water beverages. In addition, Co. bottles and distributes beer in Bulgaria and Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia and Co. distributes a selected number of third party premium spirit brands in certain central and eastern European operations.
Ford Otomotiv Sanayi is an automobile manufacturing company based in Turkey. Co. operates as a joint venture between Ford Motor Company and the Koc Group of Companies. Co. is engaged in manufacturing, assembling and selling motor vehicles, primarily commercial vehicles, imports and sells passenger cars and manufactures and imports and sells spare parts of those vehicles. Co. has two plants located in Kocaeli and Eskisehir, has a spare part distribution warehouse in Kartal, Istanbul and a branch in Tubitak Marmara Research Centre, Gebze Campus Technological Free Zone (TEKSEB).
Georgia Healthcare Group is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. operates in three segments: Healthcare Services, which is the inpatient and outpatient medical services delivered by the referral hospitals, community hospitals and polyclinics owned by Co. throughout Georgia; Medical Insurance, which comprises medical insurance products, including personal accident insurance, term life insurance products bundled with medical insurance and travel insurance policies, which are provided by Co.'s wholly owned subsidiary Imedi L; and Pharma, which comprises a range of medicines and para-pharmacy products which are provided through a chain of pharmacies by Co.'s subsidiary JSC GEPHA.
ING Bank Slaski is a bank holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. is engaged in providing a range of banking services rendered for individual and institutional clients in line with the scope of services outlined in Co.'s charter. Co. runs operations both in the home currency and in foreign currencies. Co. is also active on the domestic and foreign financial markets. The subsidiary, ING Bank Hipoteczny S.A., also runs banking business, including loans secured with mortgage. Additionally through subsidiaries, Co. operates brokerage services, real estate, leasing of real estate and advisory and acts as a financial intermediary as well as provides other financial services.
Mobile Telesystems is a provider of mobile cellular communications services in the Russian Federation, Ukraine, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan to consumers and corporate customers, employing technology based primarily on Global System for Mobile Communications (GSM). Co. had a mobile subscriber base of around 102.5 million (77.3 million in Russia, 20.4 million in Ukraine, 2.1 million in Turkmenistan, 1.6 million in Uzbekistan and 1.1 million in Armenia). In addition to standard voice services, Co. provides improved services, including voice mail, short message service, general packet radio service, and various SMS- and GPRS-based information and entertainment services.
Piraeus Port Authority SA is a Greece-based company engaged in the management and operation of Piraeus port. The main activities of Piraeus Port Authority SA are ships' anchoring services, handling cargo, loading and unloading services as well as goods storage and car transportation. The Company is also responsible for the maintenance of port facilities, the supply of port services (water, electric current and telephone connection, among others), for services provided to travelers and for renting space to third parties. Piraeus Port Authority SA has two wholly owned subsidiaries, Nafsolp SA and Logistics OLP SA. Nafsolp SA is mainly engaged in ship repairing services and Logistics OLP SA is mainly engaged in the development of combined transportations as well as port facilities and services.
