Aygaz is a liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) distribution company operating in a range of environments from cylinder production to marine transport operations. In its core business field, Co. distributes LPG as autogas, cylinder gas, and bulk gas, manufactures and sells LPG cylinders, tanks, valves and regulators, and also markets LPG-operated devices. Co. also sells and produces LPG devices and engaged in the maritime shipping of LPG. In the cylinder gas segment, Co. operates all over Turkey in points of sale under the brands of Aygaz, Mogaz and Lipetgaz. Co. has three segments: gas and petroleum products, electricity and other operations.
FAMUR SA is a Poland-based manufacturer of mining equipment and machinery. The main area of the Company's operations is manufacture of automated longwall systems enabling the exploitation of coal. The Company also specializes in design and production of equipment for underground mines and open pits, as well as bulk material handling equipment and machines for coal preparation plants. The Company's products portfolio includes electric and hydraulic shearers, roof support, hydraulic control system, conveyors and crushers. FAMUR SA is also engaged in the development of information technology solutions and management system for coal industry. The Company operates through subsidiaries, based in Poland, Germany and the Russian Federation. The Company's major shareholder was TDJ SA, with a stake 71.28%. On November 27, 2014 the Company acquired 76,69% of stake in FAMAK SA.
Jastrzebska Spolka Weglowa is a producer of type 35 coking coal (“orthocoking coal” according to Polish Standard). The main line of Co.'s business is also the mining and sales of steam coal. Co. is also central for selling all coal derivative products, i.e. coke and hydrocarbons produced by coking plants owned by the JSW S.A. Capital Group. The mining area is located in the Upper Silesian Coal Basin. The principal clients for Co.'s products are located primarily in Poland, Germany, Austria, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and also India and Brazil.

Co. operates two Russian-language online social networking sites: Moi [email protected] and Odnoklassniki.ru, and owns a strategic minority equity stake in the social network Vkontakte. Co. is also engaged in developing projects in E-commerce and operating more than 40 thematic vertical sites, targeting various user categories. Co. is also Russia's predominant online games company. Co. maintains a portfolio of online games which includes 34 MMO games and over 30 games for social networking sites.

Co. has operations in Poland, Czech Republic, Italy, Slovakia, Croatia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
