WOOD Flash – Enerjisa Enerji: 2021-2025 regulatory terms announced

Yesterday (5 January), Enerjisa announced the key components of the 2021-2025 regulatory mechanism (the fourth period) for both its distribution and retail arms. Based on the document disclosed by Enerjisa yesterday, we assess the impact as positive. There are no big surprises, but we appreciate that the regulator has demonstrated clearly that it is willing to provide a stable regulatory environment for distribution investments in this regulatory period. At the regulated retail arm, we also believe that the terms are fair for Enerjisa and provide enough space to generate solid returns.
