WOOD Flash – Sarantis: stock split, ex-date today
The ex-date for the split (1:1) is today (13 June) and the commencement date for the trading of the new shares is 18 June. We note that the shares outstanding will double to 69.87m from 34.93m with an equivalent reduction of the nominal value of the shares from EUR 1.56/share to EUR 0.78/share. As a result, we have also adjusted our price target (PT) to EUR 8.5/share, from EUR 17.00/share.Co. is a consumer goods manufacturer and distributor engaged in operations in Greece.
