reverse split, trading to restart today

Based on the AGM’s decision on 28 June, Piraeus has performed a reverse split at a rate of one new common share to replace 20 old common shares of the bank. The bank has reduced its total number of ordinary shares from 8,733,183,280 to 436,659,164. As a consequence, we have increased our price target (PT) for the bank to EUR 6.00 from EUR 0.30. Piraeus ceased trading on 31 July, and will restart today (3 August) at the new price.
