Titan: three deals cemented, more to come (stays BUY)

We maintain our BUY on Titan, with an updated 12M price target (PT) of EUR 66.5, which offers 20% upside. We maintain our positive view on the company and leave our fundamental thesis unchanged, while increasing our estimates to reflect the latest deals in France (6 November 2025), Türkiye (11 December 2025), and the US (8 January 2026). After including these latest deals in our estimates, our 2029E revenue and EBITDA assumptions have increased by 9%, but remain 13% and 14%, respectively, below the company’s 2029E ambitions of EUR 4bn in revenue and EUR 1bn in EBITDA, suggesting that we should expect more M&A activity in the mid-term. We continue to like the company for its market-leading positions and sustainable capital allocation policy. Titan is trading at 7.7x 2026E EV/EBITDA, on our estimates, which represents a 15% discount to the blended global (excluding the US) and US 2026E EV/EBITDA.
