ISS (Buy, TP: DKK171.00) - Strong portfolio growth but…

Q1 was another solid quarter with 6% organic growth (consensus 5.6%), led by 8.5% portfolio growth; however, less-impressive above-base volumes (down 7%) and a negative print in the Americas of c2% weighed on the stock. The communication around the DTAG arbitration and 2024 guidance was unchanged. We reiterate our BUY and DKK171 target price.

Royal BAM Group : Q1 2024 a soft quarter but investment case stands

>Lowering 2024 estimates, 2025-2026 unchanged, investment case stands - We maintain our Outperform rating and price target after the mixed/disappointing Q1 2024 results. We lower our 2024 adj. EBITDA by 6% (adj. EBITDA margin 4.6% instead of 4.8%) but keep our 2025 and 2026 largely unchanged. Cherry SE : Turnaround promised, but the proof will be in the pudding

>2023 another year to forget, but management optimistic about the future - Last year (2023) was again disappointing for Cherry, with it missing initial guidance by a mile on both revenue (€ 126.5m vs c. € 140m guidance, down 4.5% y-o-y) and adjusted EBITDA margin (1.6% vs guidance of c. 10%). The poor 2023 results were due to a mix of internal and external factors. First, management was running a business with a lack of focus (very diversified product portfolio), no d...

ForFarmers - LFL volume growth turning positive

In Q1-24, ForFarmers continued to make progress with its strategy, reporting positive LFL volume growth. EBITDA increased by 55% on the back the better volume trends and cost savings. ROCE also improved. Despite the progress, our estimates look somewhat too ambitious. We maintain our Hold and on the back an expected lower estimate, we lower our TP from EUR 3.20 to EUR 3.00
