The Turkish ISE30 was, once again, the top performer, adding 7.9% mom in EUR terms, followed very closely by the Romanian BET, advancing 7.8% mom in EUR terms. Following the CMB’s approval on 30 April, Ford Otosan’s earlier announced (board decision dated 27 November 2024) 900% bonus issue, raising the number of outstanding shares from 350.9m to 3,509.1m, took place on 7 May. Therefore, we have adjusted our 12M price target (PT) of TRY 1,554/share for the Ford Otosan shares, to TRY 155.4/share, effective as of today. There are no changes in our earnings estimates or valuation for the company.
