Capital reduction by cancellation of treasury shares On 15 December 2025, the Board of Directors, upon authorization of the combined General Shareholders’ Meeting of 19 May 2025, decided to reduce Ayvens share capital by cancellation of 33,098,337 treasury shares as of 16 December 2025. These shares were repurchased for the purpose of cancellation from 31 October to 9 December 2025 included, for a total amount of c. EUR 360 million.
