Q1 is low season for NCC, but we believe the EBIT miss versus Infront consensus was likely due to some consensus participants overlooking the early Easter effect. With the Q1 results broadly in line with our estimates, we have made only minor forecast changes, and reiterate our BUY and SEK150 target price.
The Q1 results beat our expectations and consensus, with c5% organic growth and a 12.5% EBITA margin, driven by the Hearing division, while Enterprise and Gaming & Consumer saw c0% organic revenue growth in still-muted markets. The 2024 guidance was maintained for organic sales growth of 2–8%, an EBITA margin of 12–14%, and FCF of >DKK700m. At the upcoming CMD, we expect focus to be on One-GN and market outlook. We reiterate our BUY, and have raised our target price to DKK250 (230).

We forecast Q1 organic revenue growth of 4.7% YOY (in line with consensus), driven by Hearing Care (we forecast 4.9%) and Diagnostics (we forecast 8.4%), while Hearing Aids faces a tough YOY comparable (we forecast 3.6%). We expect 2024 to be back-end loaded and driven by Oticon Intent. We expect maintained 2024 guidance of 4–8% organic growth, c1% M&A growth, c-1% FX, and EBIT of DKK4.6bn–5.0bn. We reiterate our BUY and DKK400 target price.
Despite Q1 EBITDA 25% above consensus (but in line with our estimate) and 2024e EBITDA c10% higher on updated guidance, we struggle to get excited about the story. The investment case suffers from a lack of financial details for the OneSubsea JV, which we believe investors would need to support a higher valuation. Meanwhile, a forecast working capital unwind and weak cash transition would probably be in focus. We also sense growing concern about the 2026+ outlook as Norway projects end, and back...
Coor reported a solid Q1, in line with expectations, and we have only tweaked our forecasts following the results. A strong contract extension trend has derisked 2024, with contract volumes YTD already matching the full year 2023 delivery, suggesting a more stable base for growth and efficiency improvements. We continue to like its FCF profile, low operating risk, scope for value-enhancing acquisitions, and strong yield support. We reiterate our BUY and have raised our target price to SEK59 (57....
