Sats (Hold, TP: NOK37.00) - Time for a breather

Q1 was slightly below expectations and the CMD targets were broadly in line with our forecasts and consensus. We have raised our target price to NOK37 (34) on higher estimates but have downgraded to HOLD (BUY), as we find the valuation fair following the recent strong share price performance.

Entra (Buy, TP: NOK130.00) - Net lettings slip again

Q1 EBIT was broadly in line with our forecast, but financing costs were higher following a refinancing, and net financing was guided higher than we expected. However, net lettings were weak (again) at NOK-73m (lost 2.36% of its annual rent income), and were down c6.1% over the past three quarters. We have cut our 2025e EPS by 10%, but reiterate our BUY and NOK130 target price, with our key investment case the upside potential in the stock in an M&A scenario.

Signs of sector recovery, and more Q1 results

The markets were much quieter following the Easter break, with limited news; however, the names we cover saw their shares up 2.6% on average, with Atrium Ljungberg (7.1%), SBB (7.1%) and Pandox (4.8%) the top performers. JM released its Q1 results and we reiterated our BUY, believing it has passed the earnings trough, while we reiterated our HOLDs on Corem and Fabege following their quarterly reports. The weighted-average implied EBITDA yields on the stocks we cover are 5.04% for 2025e and 5.34%...

SKF (Buy, TP: SEK240.00) - Perception change potential

Q1 adj. EBIT was 3% stronger than we and consensus expected (driven by impressive margin resilience), while the outlook and organic growth seem to be tracking in line with our estimates. SKF’s pricing efforts look set to offset negative tariff implications, and its margin strength is undeniable. We have raised our 2025–2027e adj. EBIT by c4% on average, and our target price to SEK240 (225); we reiterate our BUY.

Telia (Neutral, TP: SEK 37, +5%) Q1 25: Impressive EBITDA acceleratio...

Telia has reported a good set of results, with SR, EBITDA, capex and all-in FCF all better than consensus expectations. The company sounded a note of caution on the call that Q1 Group trends were better than we should expect for the full year; having EBITDA and FCF in the bag already is a good thing, but full year guidance has been reiterated not raised.
