Linde Declares Dividend in Second Quarter 2020

Guildford, UK, April 27, 2020 - Linde plc (NYSE: LIN; FWB: LIN) announced its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.963 per share.

The dividend is payable on June 17, 2020 to shareholders of record on June 3, 2020.
