ICP Partners with IGT to Offer Customers Unique Opportunity to Transfer Account Balances to Bank Cards

Innovative Computer Professionals (“ICP”) a FinTech Corporation and its affiliates: Security State Bank of Atkin, MN, Hallmark Trust Limited of Turks & Caicos – both Key Principal Members of Mastercard – announced today that it has partnered with IGT (NYSE:IGT) to integrate its OmniCommerce® Software Platform into several of IGT’s leading casino systems solutions. With the combination of ICP technologies and IGT’s systems solutions, casino patrons can transfer casino funds onto ICP-issued bank cards to allow them to spend their cash.

Through the partnership, ICP is integrating its OmniCommerce® Software Platform of products and Key Principal Mastercard Membership issuance abilities with Security State Bank and Hallmark Trust Limited. This includes credit/debit/prepaid card issuing, point-of-sale, ATM, and ACH processing capabilities, into several of IGT’s best-in-class casino systems products including IGT Advantage®, Cardless Connect™, PlaySpot™ and EZ Pay®.

The OmniCommerce® Software Platform is currently installed and operating in financial institutions in 17 countries and operates programs in multiple languages and currencies.

Craig Potts, Chairman and Owner of ICP, stated, “We continue to expand the ICP client list and our geographical reach. IGT is the leading end-to-end provider in the gaming industry and working with them positions ICP for significant new market opportunities.”

“Our partnership with IGT significantly enhances the consumer universe that has access to our unique card products and platform,” added Mr. Potts. “With the help of ICP technology, consumers will be able to transfer account balances to a card that allows them to spend, send or save their money globally. We expect this partnership to accelerate our growth in the coming years.”

“IGT’s partnership with ICP strengthens our systems portfolio with a cashless payment solution that our customers can leverage to differentiate their casino floors and gain robust business intelligence on and beyond the gaming floor,” said Sina Miri, IGT Vice President Casino Systems. “Our goal is to modernize the casino patron experience and eliminate unnecessary friction points such as physical player loyalty cards and cash-only commerce. The combination of the ICP-issued credit, debit, or pre-paid cards, IGT’s Cardless Connect and cashless capabilities creates a highly desirable, contemporary and secure user experience that can elevate the player experience and enhance operational efficiencies.”

This partnership allows casino operators to create their own custom design and program terms, enabling them to enhance their branding while retaining all of the normal features and benefits of a credit, debit, or prepaid card program. Notably, the card program allows a casino to capture customer insights, creating a unique marketing database opportunity for the casino, and creating potential for a casino to generate additional revenue streams.

“IGT is committed to fueling our customers’ growth and providing solutions that can help them attract the attention of an expanded demographic of players, while meeting the changing needs of today’s player base. Cashless solutions such as what we have created with ICP establish a solid foundation for the next generation of gaming payment solutions,” added Mr. Miri.
