CF Industries Holdings, Inc. Names Susan L. Menzel Senior Vice President, Human Resources

CF Industries Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:CF) today announced that Susan L. Menzel will be joining CF as senior vice president, human resources on October 5, 2017. Menzel will be responsible for human resources strategy and management for the company and serve as a member of the senior leadership team, reporting to Tony Will, president and chief executive officer, CF Industries Holdings, Inc.

“Sue’s proven track record of providing strategic business and human capital leadership, along with her experience partnering with senior executives and boards of directors to improve talent management and maximize employee engagement, will serve CF and our employees well,” said Will. “We look forward to having her help us drive continuous improvement both within the HR function and across the whole company.”

Menzel brings to CF 30 years of experience and leadership in all aspects of human resources management, most recently as executive vice president, human resources for CNO Financial Group. In that role, she was responsible for human resources across all of CNO's businesses, including Bankers Life, Colonial Penn and Washington National. Prior to CNO, she served as senior vice president, human resources for APAC Customer Services, Inc., and in roles of increasing responsibility for Sears, Roebuck & Company and Montgomery Ward, Inc.

Menzel holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and economics from Augustana College.
