Ascencio - Decent HY, guidance reiterated

EPRA Earnings up 2.7% YoY to EUR 17.95m or to EUR 2.72 on a per share basis. LfL rents increased 5.1% as a result of the high indexation applied in 2022/2023 as well as increase in occupancy (+70bps vs September end to 98.6%).Portfolio yield increased 16bps to 7.0% vs September end, posting a mild negative portfolio revaluation (-0.2%). Portfolio values continued to be supported by increasing market rents.
