The Firm's portfolio comprises over 300 lettable properties. The Firm has around 40 subsidiaries, including NSI Bedrijfsgebouwen BV, NSI Beheer BV, NSI Development BV, VastNed Offices Benelux Holding BV, Munuvius BV and NSI Luxembourg Holding Sarl, among others.
