NSI - Q3 2023 - More and more clarity

EPRA EPS lands at EUR 1.54, down 3% mainly due to the impact of disposals and higher number of outstanding shares. LTV decreased to 29.9% in Q3 2023.New dividend policy is set at EUR 1.50/ps for the foreseeable future.EUR 150m of potential disposals have been identified.We keep our ‘Hold' recommendation but decrease TP to EUR 22.00 (vs. 23.00).More details in our Note published this morning
