Vastned - In-line results and asset disposals to restore the balance sheet

 Net rental income landed at EUR 30.8m in H1 2023, up 6.9% YoY and +7.4% on a LfL basis, driven by a strong indexation.Occupancy is slightly down to   98.2%, stable at a high level (98.6% in end 2022).Direct result H1 2023 of EUR 0.95 per share down -3.1% YoY.Portfolio valuation slightly decreased by 1.8% compared with 31 December 2022.The management announced the decision to launch to divest specific parts of the portfolio.
