Ericsson (Buy, TP: SEK134.00) - Longer-term case bolstered

At the CMD, Ericsson confidently laid out a case for a prolonged period of 5G-driven growth and gradual transformation of the company compared to its historical profile. We have cut our 2022 forecasts based on management’s prioritising higher R&D and adjusted our share-price target to SEK134 (138). We believe the 2022 target is beatable and see the post-CMD share-price dip as a particularly attractive opportunity to BUY.
