Telia Company (Buy, TP: SEK42.00) - Minimum SEK2 DPS

Telia has sent out a press release concerning its Op.FCF, EBITDA and dividend. A guidance beat on 2020 Op.FCF relates mainly to working capital. Q4 EBITDA is in line with the guidance, and Telia has proposed a 2020 DPS of SEK2 and said this should be seen as a minimum going forward. This gives a sustainable dividend yield of 5.5%, which should support the share price. We reiterate our BUY and SEK42 target price.
