XTPL is a company active in the ultra-fine printing of nanomaterials. Founded in 2015, XTPL develops and markets printing-heads and conductive ink formulas to print nano-structures for electronics industry. The technology allows for the shaping and sizing of conductive and non-conductive lines as well as various structures according customers´ requirements (e.g microdots or trails). The fields of application of XTPL platform technology is printed electronics, including i.e.: display sector (open defect repair technology, transparent conductive films, quantum dots), smart glass (transparent conductive films), semiconductors or security printing. Headquartered at the WrocÅ‚aw Research Centre PORT, the team includes several scientists and technologists (e.g. 10 PhDs) having already submitted patent applications for technological processes. Strategic alliances and business expansion are planned in the USA and Asia, geographies where potential clients´ are located. Listed on the Warsaw stock exchange, its capital includes the German investment funds Acatis Investment and Heidelberger Beteiligungsholding (a subsidiary of the Deutsche Balaton AG Group) with 7.12% and 10.79% respectively. The management considers a dual listing in the open market at the Frankfurt stock exchange combined with a capital increase.
XTPL SA is Poland-based company, which develops a ground-breaking technology of printing of a wide spectrum of nonmaterial that is protected by a patent application. The Company's technology is used in the global industries of thin film solar cells and in the manufacturing of displays, touch screens and flexible electronics. It replaces the rare indium in the production process of transparent conductive films (TCF).The company is based at one of the cutting-edge laboratories in this part of Europe with access to devices and research infrastructure.
