IBA- Ion Beam Applications develops and markets technologies and pharmaceutical products for the healthcare sector, with a focus on cancer diagnosis and therapy. Co. is also engaged in the sterilization and ionization market. Co. operates in two primary business segments: Equipment and Pharmaceuticals. Co.'s Equipment segment encompasses development, fabrication, and services associated with medical and industrial particle accelerators, proton therapy systems, and a range of dosimetry products, while Co.'s Pharmaceuticals segment encompasses the production and distribution of radiopharmaceutical agents as well as its bioassay operations.

Kinepolis Group NV is a Belgium-based company, which is primarily engaged in the operation of cinemas. The Company's activities are divided into such business units, as Box office, In-theatre sales, Business-to-business (B2B), Film distribution and Real Estate. The Box office unit includes sale of the tickets. The In-theatre sales unit is involved in the sale of snacks and related articles. The B2B unit takes care of the organization of corporate events and the sale of screen advertizing to corporate customers. The Film distribution unit includes all activities related to movies showed in the cinema. The Real Estate is responsible for the property management and utilization. Additionally, the Company has a Technical department, which delivers technological support to Kinepolis facilities. The Company is present in Belgium, France, Spain and Poland.

Retail Estates NV

Retail Estates is a niche fixed-capital real estate investment fund that invests in retail properties located on the periphery of residential areas or along access roads to urban centers. Co. buys properties from third parties or builds and markets shop premises for its own account. The outlets have a built on surface areas of between 500m2 and 3,000m2. A typical retail property has an average surface area of 1,000m2. As of Mar 2010 Co. had 399 premises in its portfolio. The retail lettable area amounted to 398,754m2.

Texaf SA is a Belgium-based investment company with industrial, real estate and agricultural use in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The Company attracts foreign investors to acquire majority or minority equity investments in the productive sectors, such as infrastructure, agribusiness, energy and finance in order to generate return on investments. In the Real Estate sector the Company has holdings in Anagest, a holding company; Utexafrica, a company offering residences for rent; Immotex and Cotex, both offering offices for rent; Promotex, a property development company and Agence Immobiliere du Fleuve, a real estate services company.
