The message from the management during the FY24 analyst call was clear: Portfolio yields have stabilised, operators have recovered from the 2022/2023 downcycle and new investments will be added to the re-set pipeline. Analysts on the other hand were still sharp on operators indicating the sentiment has not yet changed. Co. invests: in existing and already leased buildings; and in projects with future completion. Co.'s activities can be divided into four segments: Residential or mixed buildings; Furnished apartments buildings; Senior houses; and Hotels and others.
