EVS Broadcast Equipment Busy days at EVS House in Paris : 2 nice transactions

EVS is acquiring MOG Technologies and becoming shareholder of TinkerList.

We welcome EVS acquiring MOG Technologies to enhance its portfolio and to expand its market reach. EVS sees this as a strategic acquisition to further support the extension of MediaCeption workflows. EVS indicated that the strengthening of EVS's cloud-based services aligns perfectly with the evolving expectations of the market, ensuring that they remain at the forefront of technological advancements in live and near-live production.

We also think it is an interesting move of EVS to became shareholder of Tinderlist, a broadcast software innovator closing the gap between the writer's room and the technical broadcasting environment. The idea is to further simplify the live production processes.

We reiterate our Buy rating (EVS is part of KBC Securities Dynamic Top Pick List) and our € 39 Target Price
