Xior Raw cuts from the Call
Xior held its call for Analysts and Investors at 11h30. In this note, we give our interpretation of this event : Xior put up a brave face and feels emboldened after the Katoennatie family office support. Management realizes there is still ground to make up on the Debt%, but we do not expect them to sink it far below 50%. The yield expansion risk has disappeared and demand outstrips supply, so we expect them to shift back to growth during FY25. Forced asset sales are now called “asset rotation” and instead of negotiating with their backs against the wall, they are sitting at a table.
