Abacus Property is a property group that operates predominantly in Australia. Co.'s operating segments include: property, which is engaged in the investment in and ownership of commercial, retail and industrial properties; funds management, which includes development, origination, co-investment and fund management activities; property ventures, which provides secured lending and related property financing solutions and is also responsible for Co.'s investment in joint venture developments and construction projects, as well as Co.'s investment in property securities; and storage, which is engaged in the investment in and ownership of self-storage facilities.

AGL Energy is a renewable energy company, serving customers throughout eastern Australia. Co. has four segments: Energy Market, which sells electricity, natural gas, and energy related products and services to consumer market, business and wholesale customers, servicing approximately 3.7 million customer accounts as of June 30 2016; Group Operations, a diverse power generation portfolio; New Energy, which focuses on taking new and distributed technologies to market in Australia, including AGL Solar, and Distributed Energy Services such as Active Stream, its digital meter installation and data provider business; and Investment, which include investments in various energy related business.

Alumina is engaged the business of the global bauxite, alumina and aluminium industry, which it conducts primarily through bauxite mining and alumina refining. Ardent Leisure invests in and operates leisure and entertainment businesses in Australia, New Zealand and the U.S. Co. is organised into the following divisions: Marinas, which comprises seven d'Albora Marina properties, located in New South Wales and Victoria; Family entertainment centres, which comprises of 27 Main Event sites in the U.S.; Bowling centres, which comprises 48 bowling centres and six amusement arcades located in Australia and New Zealand; Theme parks, which comprises Dreamworld and WhiteWater World in Coomera, Queensland and the SkyPoint observation deck and climb in Surfers Paradise, Queensland; as well as Health clubs, which comprises 76 clubs in Australia.

Aurizon Holdings is engaged in integrated heavy haul freight railway operation; rail transportation of coal from mine to port for export markets; bulk, general and containerised freight businesses; and rail services activities. Co. has three segments: Network, which is engaged in the provision of access to, and operation and management of, the Central Queensland Coal Network; Commercial & Marketing, which is engaged in the commercial negotiation of sales contracts and customer relationship management; as well as Operations, which is engaged in the national delivery of various coal, iron ore, bulk and intermodal haulage services, and in the maintenance of rollingstock fleet assets.

Beach Energy is engaged in oil and gas exploration, development and production and investment in the resources industry. Co.'s operating segments include Cooper Basin, which includes oil and gas sales from Australian production; Other Australia, which includes Co.'s interest in all on-shore and off-shore production and exploration tenements within Australia other than the Cooper Basin; and International interests, which includes Co.'s interests in all areas outside Australia and oil and gas sales from Egyptian production. As of June 30 2016, Co. had total proved and probable reserve estimate of 69.8 million barrels of oil equivalent.

Bellamy's is engaged in the the supply, sale and distribution of organic food and formula products for babies and toddlers. Co.'s products are distributed in Australia, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, People's Republic of China, Hong Kong, and New Zealand. Co.'s products are also available through multiple online retailing platforms.

Cochlear is a for-profit entity and operates in the implantable hearing device industry. Co.'s implant systems comprise an implant which is inserted during surgery and an external sound processor. As of June 30 2016, Co. sold in over 100 countries and had a direct presence in approximately 20 countries and used distributors and agents in other areas. Manufacturing for the cochlear implant product range is based in Australia. The bone conduction implant product range is manufactured in Sweden. Co.'s supply chain operates with product being distributed from its manufacturing sites in Australia and Sweden to its regional distribution centres in the U.S., the U.K. and Panama.

Commonwealth Bank of Australia provides integrated financial services including retail, business and institutional banking, funds management, superannuation, life insurance, general insurance, broking services and finance company activities. Co. operates in seven segments, Retail banking Services, Business and Private Banking, Institutional Banking and Markets, Wealth Management, New Zealand, Bankwest, as well as International Financial Services and Other Divisions. As of June 30 2016, Co. had total assets of A$933.1 million and total deposits of A$588.0 million.

Crown Resorts is an entertainment and gaming group. Co. owns and operates two resorts, Crown Melbourne, which features the Crown Towers Melbourne hotel, Crown Metropol Melbourne hotel, and the Crown Promenade Melbourne hotel; and Crown Perth, which features the Crown Metropol Perth hotel and the Crown Promenade Perth hotel. In the U.K., Co. owns and operates Crown Aspinall in London, a casino in the West End entertainment district. Co. also holds equity interest in Melco Crown Entertainment, a developer, owner and operator of resorts in Macau and the Philippines. The resorts include: City of Dreams Macau, Macau Studio City, and City of Dreams Manila.

CSL is engaged in the research, development, manufacture, marketing and distribution of biopharmaceutical and allied products. Co.'s operations are divided into three segments: CSL Behring, Seqirus, and CSL Intellectual Property. CSL Behring is engaged in manufacturing, marketing and developing plasma therapies (plasma products and recombinants). Seqirus is engaged in manufacturing and distributing non-plasma biotherapeutic products. CSL Intellectual Property is engaged in the licensing of intellectual property of Co. to unrelated third parties. Co. operates primarily in five specific geographic areas, namely Australia, the U.S., Germany, Switzerland, and the U.K.

Dexus Property Group owns, manages and develops real estate assets and manages real estate funds on behalf of third party investors. Co.'s operating segments include: office, which comprises domestic office space with any associated retail space, as well as car parks and office developments; industrial, which comprises domestic industrial properties, industrial estates and industrial developments; property management, which comprises property management services for third party clients and owned assets; funds management, which comprises funds management of third party client assets; development and trading, which involves its development and inventory: and all other segments.

Domino's Pizza is engaged in the operation of retail food outlets and the operation of franchise services. Co. operates in Australia, New Zealand, France, Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany and Japan. Co.'s reportable segments are focused on the geographical location in which it operates in: Australia/New Zealand, Europe, and Japan. As of Jul 3 2016, Co.'s total network store count was 714 in Australia and New Zealand, 816 in Europe and 453 in Japan.

Downer EDI is engaged in providing services to customers which includes Transport Services; Technology and Communications Services; Utilities Services; Rail; Engineering, Construction and Maintenance; and Mining, in Australia and New Zealand and also in the Asia-Pacific region, South America and Southern Africa.

Eclipx Group is structured in three segments: Australian Commercial (Fleet and Equipment), which comprises of Co.'s Australian fleet leasing and management businesses (FleetPartners and FleetPlus) and Co.'s equipment financing business (Eclipx Commercial); New Zealand Commercial, which comprises of Co.'s New Zealand fleet leasing and management businesses (FleetPartners and FleetPlus) and Co.'s used vehicle retail sales outlet (AutoSelect); as well as Australian Consumer, which comprises of Co.'s novated and online consumer loans businesses (FleetPartners, FleetPlus, CarLoans.com.au and Fleet Choice) and Co.'s new medium term car rental business (Right2Drive).

Fortescue Metals Group is an iron ore producer. As of June 30 2016, Co.'s operations had four mine sites in the Pilbara. The Chichester Hub, which includes the Cloudbreak and Christmas Creek mines, is located in the Chichester Ranges and the Solomon Hub, in the Hamersley Ranges, includes the Firetail and Kings Valley mines. Co. owns and operates an integrated supply chain including its Herb Elliott Port in Port Hedland and a heavy haul railway with over 620km of track. As of June 30 2016, Co.'s total hematite ore proved and probable reserves were 2.17 billion tonnes. Also, as of June 30 2016, Co.'s total magnetite ore proved and probable reserves were 705.0 million tonnes.

Galaxy Resources and its subsidiaries are primarily involved in mineral exploration and processing. Co.'s principal activities are production of lithium carbonate and exploration for minerals. Co. manages its businesses by geographic location: Australia operation, which includes the development and operation of the Mt. Cattlin spodumene mine and exploration for minerals; Argentina operation, which includes the development of the Sal de Vida project and exploration for minerals; and Canada operation, which includes the development of the James Bay project and exploration for minerals.

Independence Group is a mining, development and exploration company. Co. has brought into production the Nova Nickel, Copper & Cobalt Project, located in southern Western Australia effective Jul 1 2017. In addition, Co. produces gold, nickel, copper, zinc and silver from three other mining operations in Western Australia comprising the Tropicana Gold mine located east northeast of Kalgoorlie; the Jaguar zinc, copper and silver mine and processing operations north of Leonora; and the Long nickel mine in Kambalda. Furthermore, Co. is actively exploring in the prospective Albany Fraser Range as well as the prospective Lake Mackay region in the Northern Territory.

Iluka Resources is engaged in mineral sands exploration, project development, operations and marketing. Co. is a producer of zircon and titanium dioxide products, as well as rutile and synthetic rutile products. These products are used in a range of applications. Co.'s segments include Australia, which comprises the integrated mineral sands mining and processing operations in Victoria, Western Australia and South Australia; United States, which includes its mineral sands mining and processing operations in Virginia; and Mining Area C, which comprises a deferred consideration iron ore royalty interest over certain mining tenements in Australia operated by BHP Billiton Iron Ore.

Infigen Energy is engaged in the renewable energy business. As of June 30 2016, Co. owned and operated six wind farms and one solar farm in Australia. Co. also has a pipeline of development assets comprising of wind and solar energy projects spread across five states in Australia.

Investa Office is a real estate investment trust formed by the stapling of the units in two Australian registered schemes, Armstrong Jones Office Fund and Prime Credit Property Trust. The principal activity of Co. is to own investment grade office buildings, generating rental and other property income. These properties are either owned directly or indirectly through the ownership of interests in unlisted entities.

Link Administration Holdings provides technology-enabled outsourced administration services to companies, asset owners, and trustees in Australia. Co. operates through Fund Administration, Corporate Markets, and Information, Digital, and Data Services segment. The Fund Administration segment provides administration services to superannuation funds; Corporate Markets offers a comprehensive and integrated corporate market offering that connects issuers with their stakeholders; and Information, Digital, and Data Services provides core services of development and maintenance of proprietary IT systems and platforms.

Magellan Financial Group is engaged in funds management, providing international investment funds to high net worth and retail investors in Australia and New Zealand, and institutional investors globally. Co.'s main operating company is Magellan Asset Management Limited (MAM). Co.'s key operating segments are: Funds Management, in which MAM undertakes the funds management activities and MFG Services LLC acts as a service company providing MAM with services of investment analysts and distribution personnel; and Principal Investments, which include investments in the ASX Quoted Funds, the Unlisted Magellan Funds, and a select portfolio comprising Australian and international listed companies.

Navitas provides educational services to domestic and overseas students. Co.'s segments are: University Partnerships, which delivers education programs, via pathway colleges and managed campuses, to students requiring a university education; SAE Institute, which delivers education programs in creative media including courses in audio, film and multimedia; and Professional and English Programs, which delivers English language tuition, jobs skills training and higher and vocational education in health, security and psychology, and is comprised of four business units: English and Foundation Skills, Careers and Learning Skills, Navitas Professional Institute, and Training and Development.

Newcrest Mining is engaged in the exploration, mine development, mine operations and the sale of gold and gold/copper concentrate. As of June 30 2016, Co.'s reportable operating segments were: Cadia, Australia; Telfer, Australia; Lihir, Papua New Guinea (PNG); Gosowong, Indonesia; Hidden Valley Joint Venture (JV) (50% interest), PNG; Bonikro, COte d'Ivoire; and Exploration and Other, which mainly comprises projects in the exploration, evaluation and feasibility phase and includes Wafi-Golpu JV (50% interest) in PNG, Namosi JV (70.67% interest) in Fiji, O'Callaghans in Australia and Co.'s global greenfields exploration portfolio.

Pact Group Holdings is provider of specialty packaging and manufacturing solutions in Australasia. Co. converts plastic resin and steel into rigid packaging and other products that service customers in different sectors including: food and beverage, personal care, household consumer, industrial and chemical, and materials handling and infrastructure. Co. also provides a range of services including outsourced manufacturing, filling and packing and a range of sustainability, recycling and environmental services to assist customers in reducing the environmental impact of their product packaging and related processes.

QBE Insurance Group engages in underwriting general insurance and reinsurance risks, management of Lloyd's syndicates and investment management. Co.'s segments are: North American Operations, which writes general insurance and reinsurance in the U.S.; European Operations, which writes general insurance in the U.K., Canada and mainland Europe; Australian and New Zealand Operations, which underwrites general insurance risks in Australia and New Zealand; Emerging Markets, which writes general insurance in North, Central and South America and provides personal, commercial and general insurance covers in the Asia Pacific region; and Equator Re, which provides reinsurance protection in Bermuda.

Regis Resources is a gold producer. Co. and its controlled entities are engaged in the production of gold from the Duketon Gold Project; exploration, evaluation and development of gold projects in the Eastern Goldfields of Western Australia; and exploration and evaluation of the McPhillamys Gold Project in New South Wales. Co. has two reportable segments which comprise the Duketon Gold Project; being Duketon North Operations, comprising the Moolart Well Gold Mine, and Duketon South Operations, incorporating the Garden Well Gold Mine and the Rosemont Gold Mine.

Sandfire Resources is a mining and exploration company. Co. is engaged in the production and sale of copper, gold and silver; and the exploration and evaluation of mineral tenements and projects in Australia and overseas. Co. has two operating segments: The DeGrussa Copper Mine, a copper-gold mine located in the Bryah Basin mineral province of Western Australia; and Exploration and evaluation, which includes exploration and evaluation of the mineral tenements in Australia and overseas, including exploring for potential repeats of the DeGrussa Volcanogenic Massive Sulphide mineralised system at the Doolgunna Projects and Co.'s investment in Tintina Resources Inc and WCB Resources Ltd.

Saracen Mineral Holdings is engaged in mineral development and exploration. Co.'s subsidiary, Saracen Gold Mines Pty Limited, is engaged in the exploration, production and administration relating to the Carosue Dam operations. Co.'s other subsidiary, Saracen Metals Pty Limited, is engaged in Co.'s exploration, development, production and administration relating to the Thunderbox operations. As of June 30 2016, Co. had total ore reserves of 26.4 million tonnes.

Seek is engaged in the online matching of hirers and candidates with career opportunities and related services; investing in early stage businesses and technologies which are in or adjacent to the main online employment marketplace; and distribution and provision of vocational training and higher education courses. Co.'s ANZ Employment, Zhaopin, SEEK Asia, Brasil Online and OCC segments provides online employment and marketplace services. Co.'s Education segment includes the marketing, sale and distribution of education courses. Co. also has an Early Stage Ventures segment consisting of a portfolio of Australian and international investments.

Sigma Healthcare is a pharmaceutical wholesale and distribution business in Australia, delivering to pharmacies Australia wide.Co.'s pharmacy-led network includes over 700 retail brand members representing the brands Amcal, Guardian, PharmaSave, Chemist King and Discount Drugstores. Co. also manages and promotes a range of Over the Counter private label products made available to brand member customers, as well as a generic range of private label products under the Pharmacy Care range. In addition, Co., through its subsidiary, Central Healthcare Services, has a presence in the hospital pharmaceutical distribution market.

Sky City Entertainment Group and its subsidiaries are organised into the following main operating segments: SKYCITY Auckland, which includes casino operations, hotels and convention, food and beverage, carparking, Sky Tower and a number of other related activities; Rest of New Zealand, which includes the Group's interest in SKYCITY Hamilton, SKYCITY Queenstown Casino and SKYCITY Wharf; SKYCITY Adelaide, which includes casino operations and food and beverage; SKYCITY Darwin, which includes casino operations, food and beverage and hotel; as well as International Business, which includes commission and complimentary play.

Sonic Healthcare is involved in the provision of medical diagnostic services and the provision of administrative services and facilities to medical practitioners. Co. provides specialized pathology/clinical laboratory and diagnostic imaging services to clinicians, hospitals, community health services, and their patients. Co.'s segments are comprised of: Laboratory, which provides Pathology/clinical laboratory services in Australia, New Zealand, the U.K., the U.S., Germany, Switzerland, Belgium and Ireland; Imaging, which provides diagnostic imaging services in Australia; and Other, which Includes medical center operations and occupational health services.

SpeedCast International is a global network and satellite communications service provider, offering managed networks services in over 60 countries and a global maritime network serving customers worldwide. Suncorp Group is engaged in the general insurance, banking, life insurance, superannuation products and related services to the retail, corporate and commercial sectors. Co. has three segments: Wagering and Media operations, which includes its network of TAB agencies, hotels and clubs, and on-course totalisators in Victoria, New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) as well as its Three Sky Racing television channels broadcasting thoroughbred, harness and greyhound racing and other sports; Gaming Services business, which consist of Tabcorp Gaming Solutions that provides a mix of gaming capabilities, services, advice and financing to licensed gaming venues; and Keno business, a random number game that is distributed to clubs, hotels and TABs and is available online in the ACT.

Tassal Group is a salmon grower and salmon and seafood processor, seller and marketer.

Telstra is engaged in providing telecommunications and information services for domestic and international customers. Co.'s operating segments are Telstra Retail, Global Enterprise and Services, Telstra Operations, and Telstra Wholesale. As of June 30 2016, Co. provided retail fixed data services to 3.4 million customers, retail fixed voice services to 5.7 million and domestic retail mobile services to 17.2 million customers.

Treasury Wine Estates is engaged in viticulture and winemaking, and the marketing, sale and distribution of wine. Co.'s wine portfolio includes wine brands such as Penfolds, Beringer, Lindeman's, Wolf Blass, Stags' Leap, Chateau St Jean, Beaulieu Vineyard and Sterling Vineyards. Co. also distributes beer and cider under license in New Zealand and provides contract bottling services to third parties. Co. maintains its operations in four regions: Australia and New Zealand, Asia, Europe, and Americas.

Vicinity Centres is engaged in property investment, property management, property development, leasing and funds management.Co.'s operating segments include: Property Investment, which is involved in investment in retail property; and Strategic Partnerships, which is involved in property management, development, leasing and management of wholesale property funds. Co.'s portfolio is comprised of Australian retail assets. As of June 30 2016, Co. had 91 retail assets under management. Co. had an ownership interest in 81 of these assets.
