CMHI is poised to benefit from the consolidation trend in China's port industry.
China Merchants Holdings, or CMHI, issued a profit warning, anticipating that the company will record a significant year-over-year decline in its first-half results, due in part to an exceptional net loss at its 23%-owned associate China International Marine Containers, or CIMC.
