Ascendas Real Estate Investment Trust will acquire three properties on Science Park Drive from its parents Ascendas Land for SGD 420 million. An additional SGD 4.2 million in units issued to the manager and SGD 13.3 million in stamp duties and professional fees will see the total acquisition cost at SGD 437.5 million.
