Ascendas Real Estate Investment Trust's second-quarter result was in line with expectations and does not alter our view on the trust. The weakness in the core Singapore industrial property portfolio was reflected in the slower rental revision growth, which dipped to a 90-basis-point increase, versus 4.1% in the first quarter and a 5.1% increase in the fourth quarter of the prior fiscal year.
