Ascendas Real Estate Investment Trust's fiscal 2018 (year ended March) results were largely in line with expectations. Net property income increased by 3% year over year to SGD 629.4 million on the back of a 3.8% year-over-year increase on revenue to SGD 862.1 million. Distribution per unit increased by 1.6% year over year to SGD 0.15988. As of Mar 31 2012, Co. had a portfolio of 101 properties in Singapore and one property in China that comprised a business park property in Beijing.
