Higher Occupancy Level and Rental Reversion Underpin AREIT's 3Q Results
Ascendas Real Estate Investment Trust, or AREIT, posted a third-quarter result in line with expectations. Distribution per unit was SGD 0.03993 for the quarter, slightly below SGD 0.0433 last quarter. Our forecasts are adjusted slightly but not enough to change our full-year distribution per unit forecast of SGD 0.15 and fair value of SGD 2.40. We continue to believe the trust is fairly valued. The trust remains active on the acquisition trail with a focus on both Singapore and Australia.
