China Resources Land reported full-year 2016 revenue of HKD 109 billion, up 5% year on year. Gross margin improved 2.6 percentage points to 33.7%. Core profit attributable to shareholders was HKD 16.3 billion, up 14% year on year. EPS was HKD 2.814, up 7.5% from the same period last year.
