Comcast Could Spoil the Disney and Fox Deal; Hunting for Funding for a $60 Billion All-Cash Offer

According to news reports from Reuters and CNBC, Comcast is reportedly seeking funding for an all-cash bid of $60 billion for the media assets that Twenty-First Century Fox has agreed to sell to Disney for $52 billion.
