Duke Energy Sells Brazilian Assets for $1.2 Billion; No Fair Value Estimate Change

We are reaffirming our $84 per share fair value estimate, narrow economic moat, and stable moat trend ratings after Duke Energy disclosed plans to sell its Brazilian generation assets to China Three Gorges Corporation for $1.2 billion in enterprise value.
