Eni reported good fourth-quarter and full-year results as exploration and production reaped the benefits of higher oil and gas prices. Adjusted net profits doubled year over year for the quarter to EUR 975 million, while full-year results came in at a gain of EUR 2.4 billion versus a loss of EUR 340 million last year.
