Genting Singapore is Turning Around; Time to Accumulate

We see stronger-than-ever signs of bottoming out for Genting Singapore in VIP rolling chip volume, mass and slot gaming revenue. We expect to see impact of cost saving measures implemented in the second quarter and bad debt provision reduction to come through in the next few quarters, which will lift the margins. Management also announced its first ever interim dividend to increase return of capital to shareholders. We think now is the right time for long-term investors to accumulate the shares....
