Infineon Reports Solid 3Q Results as Automotive Prospects Remain Bright; Maintain EUR 13 FVE

Infineon reported decent fiscal third-quarter results and provided investors with a solid fourth-quarter outlook; both were in line with our expectations and continue to point to healthy chip demand across a variety of end markets. We will maintain our EUR 13 fair value estimate and no-moat rating. While we like Infineon’s exposure to the automotive end market in particular, we view the shares as fully valued today.
