Buoyed by Keytruda, Merck Posts Solid 1Q as Shares Look Undervalued
Merck reported first-quarter results slightly above both our and consensus bottom-line expectations, but we don’t expect any meaningful change to our fair value estimate. We still view the stock as undervalued, with the investment community not fully appreciating the company’s strong long-term potential.
