Game of Chicken Between Oracle, T. Rowe Casts Doubt Over NetSuite Deal
T. Rowe Price, which owns roughly 13% of outstanding NetSuite shares, continued its crusade against Oracle’s proposed acquisition of NetSuite by stating that it would only accept a deal in the range of $133 per share, a line in the sand that was revealed in today’s 10-Q filing from NetSuite.
