Raising Repsol’s Fair Value Estimate on Strategy Update and Increased Earnings Expectations
After updating our forecast with Repsol’s latest strategic plan changes we are increasing our fair value estimate to EUR 17.50 from EUR 16. Along with an increase to our production forecast, higher near-term oil prices and the assumption of stronger medium-term refining margins are responsible for the increase. Our no-moat rating remains intact. The plan calls for increased investment in the upstream and downstream segment as well as expansion into low carbon businesses to drive cash flow growth...Repsol is an oil and gas company.
