The Parisian Saw Good Traffic on the First Two Days of Operations; FVE of HKD 34 Per Share Retained
Traffic appears decent for the first two days of the opening of the Parisian, which illustrates the strong novelty effect of a thematic property. We went to the Parisian’s base mass and premium mass gaming floor on the night of opening (Sept. 13, 2016) and saw very good traffic. We saw a number of tourists taking pictures at the fountain at the entrance. We returned to the gaming floor at around 5 p.m. on Sept. 14 and saw decent traffic, although a bit less than the night before. Our checks show...Sands China and its subsidiaries are principally engaged in the operation of casino games of chance or games of other forms, the development and operation of integrated resorts which contain not only gaming areas but also meeting space, convention and exhibition halls, retail and dining areas and entertainment venues and other ancillary services including ferry operations and other related operations in the Macao Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.
