2021, episode 1 : « The new wave »

Edito This first week of the year was marked by a rich and contrasting newsflow . On the pandemic front, and despite the imminent arrival of vaccines, a third wave is hanging over Europe, with a more powerful mutation of the virus and - consequently - a new wave of restrictive measures has been enacted . Elsewhere in the world, new infections are on the rise, a situation that weakens the prospects for the long-awaited economic recovery. Across the Atlantic, with the Senate now in hands of Democrats , the way is clear for the implementation of the stimulus plan, a good sign for the American growth.
