Can the euro zone’s growth be restored?

Growth in the euro zone is threatened by changes in both demand and supply of goods and services, due to: The rise in the household savings rate; The strong dependence of the euro zone's growth on exports of goods; The lack of productivity gains; Underinvestment in new technologies; The low level of education among young people and the general population; Population ageing and low immigration; The use of excess savings to invest abroad. So there are many reasons why growth in the euro zone has stalled.
