Commercial real estate: The big loser from the crisis?

We fear that two important segments of commercial real estate will be in trouble after the crisis: Traditional retail (shops, shopping centres, malls), due to the likely irreversible rise in the market share of e-commerce; Offices, due to the spread of remote working from home. The only vigorous segment remaining would be logistics, to deliver orders made online .
